Ali describes working with GTA like riding a rollercoaster - exhilarating, fast-paced, and incredibly rewarding. His role is to provide a comprehensive design and build service to the clients we work with, and his calm and focused demeanour means clients are always assured that every aspect of the project is being taken care of, from beginning to end. “I never grow tired of seeing the transformation of our clients’ workspaces and I am incredibly proud to be a part of the team responsible.”

Sally is our creative powerhouse. As Design Manager, she works closely with the team to bring our projects to life and ensures design resource is scheduled, and projects are appropriately supported. From initial concept through to delivery, Sally is involved every step of the way. Her creativity doesn't end when she finishes work for the day– she also channels her design skills into beautiful carpentry projects at home. “We really strive to understand how our clients’ businesses tick, and then use this to enhance the design and build process.”

With an unrivalled enthusiasm for everything design, Helena is dedicated to helping clients bring their vision to life in their new workspace. Working from the initial brief stage through to selecting the right building, space planning, 3D visualisation and beyond, she loves to turn client’s plans into reality. Helena is also passionate about creating workspaces for the future, believing that it’s incredibly important to show generations how to design using sustainable and ethical resources. “Space is so important to me and would explain why I enjoy navigating and designing it for others!”

As our registered ARB architect, David’s role is integral in ensuring that our projects adhere to specific design standards, whilst meeting the needs of our clients. Not only does he ensure that all services are integrated and construction-ready, but he also takes on the important responsibility of being our resident office 'Coffee Connoisseur'. Just like his commitment to making the perfect cup of coffee, David's meticulous attention to detail guarantees that his team's drawings are not only crafted with consistent precision but also executed according to plan. “GTA nurtures its people for personal growth and I’m excited about the future.”

Daisy is a talented and experienced pillar of our design team. With a background in design and build, she enjoys bringing clients on the GTA journey to make it as immersive and engaging as possible. Daisy credits her time at smaller companies for shaping her into a proactive and versatile designer, capable of tackling every aspect of the design process. “There’s something to gain from every situation in life.”

With a degree in Interior Architecture and Design, Sophie is a knowledgeable and vibrant member of our design team. More recently, her design and ESG knowledge has contributed to a large landlord project ensuring sustainability is integrated within the design from the outset to ensure accreditations such as BREEAM, Well and ActiveScore are achievable. Sophie has made a valuable impact on her team by going above and beyond to ensure that both colleagues and clients feel at ease and valued. “Our culture is fun and approachable, I feel nurtured and valued with a clear path of progression.”

Highly knowledgeable and proactive in creating furniture solutions that tick all the boxes, Georgina is our furniture expert. Georgina can often be found meeting with key suppliers and vendors and visiting London showrooms to ensure she’s armed with the very latest trends and products on the market. Our clients can feel confident that they are in safe hands and her passion for great design shines through in every project. “Our outward image reflects our internal values, and the whole team cares about delivering a quality service.”

Our on-budget go-to and self-confessed golf fanatic, Geoff brings financial and technical expertise to the sales process. His 30 years’ experience in the construction industry and competitive nature serve him incredibly well in his role developing detailed costs and technical responses and he plays a pivotal role in securing new business. “My career defining project was a steep learning curve for me, but it has set me up for most challenges in business.”

David is our skilled Commercial Lead, bringing decades of expertise and a deep understanding of the design sector to his role maximising the financial outcomes of our client projects. David plays a crucial role in the success of GTA by helping us to overcome challenges in even our most complex projects. He has been instrumental in propelling GTA towards its business goals. “Many of the team have worked for GTA for a considerable time, which is testament to the strength of our close-knit and collaborative relationships.”

Meet Ryan, our dedicated Project Manager who consistently delivers outstanding projects ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and with exceptional attention to quality control. Our St James’ House, Cheltenham project left a lasting impression on Ryan, he says, not only because of the diverse scope of the project (from new CAT A services to stunning design joinery details, but because of the strong relationships the team formed with the client. Ryan is a family man who strives to strike the perfect work-life balance. “Our whole team is so approachable and easy to work with and we pride ourselves on exceeding client’s expectations.”

Paul is a passionate-problem solver when it comes to handling the challenges of his role. His goal is to oversee the smooth operation and successful delivery of our projects, with a keen focus on managing our suppliers and contractors. He consistently strives to go the extra mile to exceed both his own, and his clients’, expectations. “Our work with Campari Group was a challenging yet extremely rewarding project to be involved with….it was, without a doubt, a highlight of my career”

Roger works closely with our Project Managers to ensure smooth operations onsite. As well as overseeing the daily running of our projects onsite which includes monitoring their progress and timelines, Roger is our health and safety go-to, and he takes pride in building strong relationships with our sub-contractors and clients. Roger is proud to have successfully balanced work and home-life at GTA, something that is incredibly important to him. “Time with family is always the most precious.”

Moose is our lively and loveable resident office dog who has been a loyal member of the GTA team for five years. His job is to work the room which he does effortlessly, lifting spirits and demanding constant attention. He is happiest when playing tug-of-war with his colleagues, eating absolutely anything, and chasing squirrels on his lunchbreak. Moose has been caught sleeping on the job on more than one occasion, but we wouldn’t change him for the world. “Woof woof.”

GTA’s Site Manager, Lee, brings our designers’ visions to life. He oversees all our trade contractors to ensure the team work seamlessly and that our projects are delivered on time and to schedule. Lee is committed to prioritising the health, safety, and overall well-being of our workforce while they are on site, ensuring that not only are we focused on designing remarkable workplaces, but that we also guarantee their safe delivery. “It’s only when we push ourselves beyond our limits that we find out what we are really capable of.”

Paul is expert at taking our clients on a journey that is both transformative and enjoyable. From pre-construction to programme management, project planning and reporting, Paul’s role is to oversee our workplace projects every step of the way. He is incredibly passionate about collaborating with our clients and working in partnership with them, and each and every project he has worked on has tested and improved his skills to propel him forward, he says. “For every problem there is a solution and every challenge can be overcome!”

Alex plays a pivotal role in the initial stages of our projects, and as Pre-construction Manager he works with the GTA team to lay down the project's foundations, setting it up for success, before handing over to the construction team. Working seamlessly with our clients, project directors and design team at the front end, he develops the technical and commercial aspects of the initial brief and leverages his technical know-how to ensure that all design concepts are translated into fully-realised project plans. “It’s exciting to be part of an ambitious and transparent business with a genuine client-centric approach… where great service is delivered collectively.”
