At the top of EQ Investor’s brief was their desire to design a space that emulates their brand as a boutique wealth manager with personality!
GTA ditched the conventional and the traditional and instead created a space that responds to the building location, introduces bold colours and even a branded beach.
Meeting rooms feature foldable walls with writeable and magnetic panels for collaborative wall space as well as offering flexible room configurations for training, board meetings and corporate events.
Located on the Thames, views of The Shard determined meeting room positions and influenced the dynamic point floor lines that carve and define the office space. Mirror clad columns reflect the views of the Shard and Tower Bridge throughout the office and give an illusion of a deeper floor plate.
EQ’s office is not short of staff collaborative and break out areas. A library and a tea point with a car gaming simulator ensure EQ’s personality is at the heart of the fun yet well balanced office culture.
Pushing the office design one step further, GTA created ‘The Beach’ with EQ branded parasols, deck chairs and windbreaks. Sand textured carpet and a decking area define this collaboration area…but beware of the sharks!
We chose GTA interior following a thorough shortlisting process. Their staff were great to work with; professional and effective at guiding us though our office design and fit out. They took time to understand our needs and collaborated with us to ensure our requirements were met, whilst staying within budget.
