Citi Building, Canary Wharf, London
GTA was appointed under a full D&B JCT contract by Interoute for their relocation project from Wall Marsh to the Citi building, 25 Canada Square.
Utilising the existing demountable partition system GTA surveyed and detailed the re-use and fulfilled the extra requirements using a best match system. The process of re-use partitioning and furniture allowed GTA to deliver under Interoute’s project budget.
Interoute’s branding ‘from the ground to the cloud’ was at the heart of the design creating cloud breakout and collaboration areas. With technology at the forefront of Interoute’s business GTA integrated technology to assist meeting room utilisation, coordinated their video conference facilities and specified furniture systems to allow meeting flexibility.
Building in growth for future expansion was essential for Interoute; GTA have since assisted with the phase 2 and 3 executing the expansion plans.
The Citi building enforces rigorous protocols for landlord approval, Tower Hamlets building control, construction and deliveries. GTA’s ongoing relationship with the building management team ensures smooth construction whenever working in this building.
GTA continue to work with Interoute having recently completed Interoute Nottingham and look forward to new future projects.
