HOW WE DID IT...

GTA was appointed by a leading fintech company to refurbish their new London HQ, a 7,500-square-foot workspace spread across two floors. Designed to support their rapidly growing team, this project was completed within a fast-track timeline, demonstrating our expertise in delivering high-quality environments efficiently. The goal was to create a dynamic and sophisticated workspace that fosters collaboration, enhances productivity, and offers a premium client experience. Located on the top two floors of the building, the new office space was strategically designed to accommodate the company’s expanding workforce while integrating a state-of-the-art client entertainment area. The layout includes private offices, high-specification meeting rooms, stylish client lounges, versatile breakout spaces, communal kitchens, and dedicated wellness areas. Our approach blended functionality with an innovative aesthetic to align with the company’s brand and vision. One of the key features of this project was the integration of advanced acoustic insulation solutions. These enhancements ensure an optimal meeting room experience, both in person and online, by minimizing noise disruptions and improving sound clarity. This detail was essential in delivering a seamless and professional atmosphere for both internal collaboration and client interactions. Collaboration with the client was at the heart of this refurbishment. GTA worked closely with the fintech team to refine and realize their vision for the space, ensuring that every detail supported their operational needs and growth aspirations. Despite the complexities posed by the building’s existing infrastructure, a strong partnership between the client and GTA allowed us to navigate challenges effectively, delivering a tailored workspace that exceeded expectations. The final result is a modern, agile, and welcoming environment that reflects the fintech company’s innovative spirit.
