Set in a prime location in Leeds city centre, we worked alongside Schroders at 1 East Parade to create an exclusive Business Lounge on the Ground Floor and CAT A works to several floors creating a luxury offer to new tenants.

HOW WE DID IT...

The objective of the project was to attract new tenants to the building, to reposition the offer within the Leeds city centre market. With access to the luxury Business Lounge, visible from the Ground floor reception, 1 East Parade offers tenants and their own clients a unique meeting experience. The Business Lounge provides a hospitality café area making it ideal for hosting events during and out of working hours. A circular meeting room which has been designed to be sympathetic with the existing curves of the building, offers privacy and exclusivity for tenants.
 There is a variety of flexible working positions from private working desks, collaborative meeting tables, lounge areas and a private booth allowing staff to have a choice of where they would like to work for the day.
 The upper floor has been fitted out to a high CAT A standard with exposed ceiling, new carpet, feature lighting and brick slips allowing a tenant to move straight into the space. GTA have incorporated a new shower within the WC lobby for tenants to use, another additional benefit to the modern amenities the building has to offer.
 The overall design creates an inviting and contemporary space for 1 East Parade and builds on our continuous project relationship with Schroders.
